Any suggestions from your side? I´m not a Christian (any more) – so I could very well live with 17 or 333 commandments…

Find your own Voice!*

You can get it if you really want!

–> Research on the benefits of grit and achievement.

(Get out your seats and) Jump around!

(Take) A Walk in the Park!

–> Research on the benefits of spending time in nature.

(What doesn´t kill you makes you) Stronger!

Your Life is Now!

It´s always more Fun to share with Everyone! (The Sharing Song)**

–> Research on the benefits of altruism.

* I just couldn´t resist putting one of favorite metal bands in this list. Kiitos, Stratovarius!

** The last song is also a hint at what to do with this post… 🙂

  1. Very nice article idea!
Commandment number 11 of positive psychology in songs should be “Singing in the rain” by Frank Sinatra – it is just such a positive song overall! (and it always reminds me to be happy even though the circumstances might not be perfect… a noteworthy take on things!)

  2. Thanks for the article, Nico. Really nice idea!
Here are possible 12, 13, 14 and 15. Just my two cents. 🙂

    12) Don’t worry, be happy – Bobby McFerrin (http://goo.gl/FsXRhb) Ok, that one was obvious. 😉
    13) Baut wieder auf – Madsen (http://goo.gl/aK2Zdi) about building what is making you strong.
    14) Drive – Incubus (http://goo.gl/2aFY3e) about taking the wheel and drive yourself.
    15) My Last Serenade – Killswitch Engage (http://goo.gl/BWk4av) about taking responsibility.

  3. On sisu (persevering in the face of substantial adversity):

David Guetta: Titatnium ft. Sia ( Gee, I wish I had made this piece : ) )

    “…all your bullets ricochet
Shoot me down, but I get up

You shoot me down but I won’t fall
    I am titanium” Hell. Yes.
